Mohamed Wahbi is currently post doctoral researcher at University College Cork, Ireland. He works within Insight Centre for Data Analytics. Mohamed Wahbi received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from University Montpellier 2, France and Mohammed V University-Agdal, Morocco in July 2012. He did his Ph.D. under the supervision of Christian Bessiere director of research at CNRS, France and professor El Houssine Bouyakhf from Mohammed V University-Agdal, Morocco. His Ph.D. research focused on Distributed Constraint Reasoning. The title of his thesis is: ``Algorithms and Ordering Heuristics for Distributed Constraint Satisfaction Problems’’. From 2009 to 2012 he was a member of the Coconut team. Coconut is a research team that aims at proposing and combining models and algorithms in constraints, learning and agents.

During the 2012-2013 academic year, Mohamed Wahbi was an Assistant Professor teaching at Ecole des Mines de Nantes. He was a member of the research team TASC (Theory, Algorithms, and Systems for Constraints). TASC is a joint team of the INRIA's research center of Rennes and of the CNRS's computer science laboratory of Nantes-Atlantique (LINA).
